The Daily S&P 500 Bull 2x Shares seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 200% of the performance of the S&P 500 Index. There is no guarantee the fund will meet its stated investment objective.

This leveraged ETF seeks a return that is 200% the return of its benchmark index for a single day. The fund should not be expected to provide two times the return of the benchmark’s cumulative return for periods greater than a day.

The S&P 500® Index is a capitalization-weighted index composed of 500 domestic common stocks. Standard & Poor’s® selects the 500 stocks comprising the Index on the basis of market values and industry diversification. Most of the stocks in the Index are issued by the 500 largest companies, in terms of the aggregate market value of their outstanding stock, and are generally listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The companies included in the index have an average market capitalization of more than $37.74 billion dollars and a median market capitalization of $17.25 billion dollars as of September 30, 2014. One cannot invest directly in an Index.

Under this agreement, Rafferty has contractually agreed to cap all or a portion of its management fee and/or reimburse the Fund for Other Expense through September 1, 2015 to the extent that the Fund’s Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses exceed 0.60%.
