The Direxion Daily Basic Materials Bull 3x Shares seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the performance of the S&P Materials Select Sector Index. There is no guarantee the funds will meet their stated investment objectives.

This leveraged ETF seeks a return that is 300% the return of its benchmark index for a single day. The fund should not be expected to provide three times the return of the benchmark’s cumulative return for periods greater than a day.

The S&P Materials Select Sector Index Includes companies from the following industries: chemicals; metals & mining; paper & forest products; containers & packaging; and construction materials. The companies included in each Select Sector Index are selected on the basis of general industry classification from a universe of companies defined by the Standard & Poor’s 500® Index (“S&P 500®”). Nine Select Sector Indexes, including the Materials Select Sector Index, divide the companies that make up the S&P 500 Index. One cannot directly invest in an Index.
